Product standard
1．All products manufactured and sold by Wynns meet the national GS standard.
2．Wynns has been authenticated by ISO 9001:2000, and strictly operated in line with the authentication management.
3．Wynns products are finish manufactured with superior material such as high carbon steel, chrome vanadium steel, S2, chrome        manganese steel and environmental material etc.
 
Guarantee range:
      Respectful customers: Please read the instruction and related notes carefully before using your Wynns products. Use the product in  right way within right service life. Any damage to the product function caused by the product quality can be repaired free or another new produce is replaced.
 
Non-guarantee range:
1．Products of non-Wynns brand or cannot be identified as Wynns products.
2．Damage or unusable product caused by improper use such as natural wear, human damage, incident or use against product
3．Damages which do not affect the product function like rust, electroplated layer drop, surface scratch, plastic handle broken and other injuries.
4．Wear and tear of easily consumed product for shearing etc exceeding the product service life.
 
How to repair or change
1．Send the single product (non-set) which meets the free repair or replace terms to the nearest Wynns sales shop to repair or  change to a new product. Or you can also post your product to our office for repairing and changing.
2．Free repair or changing follows the rule of repair before changing principle
3．Paid repair products can be repaired or changed by designated dealers.
